2011 Barrel Racing Standings |
Cowgirls Barrel Racing is the
only event during the Battle of the Beast pro-bull riding event strictly
for the LADIES. We’re always looking for fresh, new competition and hope
you will join us on Saturday nights. Our large outdoor arena measures in
at approximately 140 x 265, with excellent footing and lighting.
Starting this year Entry Fees will now be $55.00 per person. As always a
$5.00 timer fee will be deducted from each entry fee, $300.00 will be
added to make up the total prize money and four moneys are paid out at
each deal; 40%,30%,20%,10%. However this year the additional $5.00 that
has been added to the entry fee will be held in a purse throughout the
season and will be added to this year’s finals. Giving this years finals
the potential of offering well over $1,500.00 in prize money. Entry fees
must be paid in cash only.
Books are 6-6:30pm on the Tuesday prior to event date. Enter by calling
(410)775-2333, one entry per phone call please. A maximum of 15 entries
will be taken with an alternate list of two. No slack ran. Entered
contestants will need to be checked in by 5:30pm, date of event. Anyone
not registered by that time will be considered a no-show and will be
replaced by the first alternate. A $50.00 fine will be enforced to all
No-Shows. Coggins papers are required, along with cowboy hats, boots and
long sleeve shirts. Contestants on grounds must participate in grand
entry or will forfeit their ride. For more information

Point System
One Point for each secured
position
Two Points for entering the
event
Three Bonus Points for winning
the event
Example 1:
If you place 1st in an event and there are 10 Entry's, you
would receive 10 Points, plus 3 Bonus Points for winning the event, plus
2 Points for entering; for a total of 15 Points.
Example 2:
If you place 5th and there are 15 Entry's then you would
receive 10 Points plus 2 Points for entering the event; for a total of
12 Points.
